During our brief stay, we were enchanted by the warm hospitality and immaculate rooms at the Holiday Inn & Suites Durango Downtown. the presence of Dove soap in the bathroom was a thoughtful touch, especially for travelers with sensitivities. the pet-friendly atmosphere truly catered to furry companions, with ample grassy spaces and nearby trails perfect for exploring. the proximity to a dog park was a highlight for us, and we look forward to returning for a longer visit in the future. Hazel, our host, went above and beyond, further enhancing our stay with her exceptional service. the hotel's location, just minutes from Downtown Durango, allowed us easy access to the vibrant heart of the city, where we indulged in local culture and cuisine. the comfortable accommodations and friendly staff exceeded our expectations, making our stay a memorable experience.
